College Bound Academy is always on the lookout for talented and passionate teachers and leaders. Current openings are listed below.

Qualifications:

  • All instructional leaders must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and either hold or be willing to pursue a certification of licensure.
  • We are actively hiring aspiring educators who have a passion for teaching. An aspiring educator is working towards a bachelor’s degree and looking to become a lead teacher. 
  • Bi-lingual preferred.

CBA actively hires and supports the development of Aspiring Teachers.

 

ALL COLLEGE BOUND TEAM MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Engage in Summer Development before scholars arrive for the school year.
  • Engage in professional development weekly.
  • Receive direct support from school leadership, including coaching. 
  • Teach and master their designated subject area and/or grade level.
  • Work with a team of teachers across content level and grade level.
  • Engage in designated planning time daily and data-analysis time weekly.
