Qualifications:
- All instructional leaders must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and either hold or be willing to pursue a certification of licensure.
- We are actively hiring aspiring educators who have a passion for teaching. An aspiring educator is working towards a bachelor’s degree and looking to become a lead teacher.
- Bi-lingual preferred.

ALL COLLEGE BOUND TEAM MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Engage in Summer Development before scholars arrive for the school year.
- Engage in professional development weekly.
- Receive direct support from school leadership, including coaching.
- Teach and master their designated subject area and/or grade level.
- Work with a team of teachers across content level and grade level.
- Engage in designated planning time daily and data-analysis time weekly.
